Sharing what we know is not always easy. We may wonder whether our experiences matter, struggle to find the right words, or worry about how others will respond.
At TOSO, we believe sharing begins with trust, encouragement, and someone willing to listen. You do not have to share your whole story or have every answer. Start with one lesson, one skill, or one conversation. You decide what you are comfortable sharing.

Marlow Jones
Service, Leadership, and Shared Knowledge
Marlow Jones is the founder of TOSO, a U.S. Army veteran, an entrepreneur, and a spiritual leader. His background includes 21 years of leadership in the optical industry.
His experiences in service, work, faith, and family inform TOSO's belief that everyday lessons can help others grow. Through Teach One Send One, he invites people to share what they have learned and encourage others to pass it forward.
Marlow and his wife, Kimberly, have shared more than 30 years of marriage. They have four children and six grandchildren. Family remains at the heart of his commitment to service, connection, and a lasting legacy.
